Processing Time
All Brand Junky orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and a second notification when your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
