Return Policy

Return Window

Each vendor on Brand Junky sets their own return policy, which is displayed on their storefront page. Please review the vendor's return policy before completing your purchase. Brand Junky does not enforce a platform-wide return window.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return: items marked as "Final Sale," items that have been worn, washed, or altered, and items without original tags.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
  3. Pack your item securely and attach the return label.
  4. Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
