RETURN POLICY

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return: items marked as "Final Sale," items that have been worn, washed, or altered, and items without original tags.

How to Start a Return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack your item securely and attach the return label.
4. Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
